About this blog

This is a place where I write down everything that comes to my mind about powerlifting and heavy strength training.

I started this mostly for myself, so I can remember what went well in my training, collect links to useful websites, collect training articles, videos, and so on.

I also train for endurance, but that is covered in another blog ("A Powerlifting Triathlete" which you can find here).

This blog is just what it says: a diary (or log) about my attempts at powerlifing. I started lifting heavy weights in 2014, so I am a newbie and need a place to write things down so I can remember them or even celebrate new PBs 😎 (so I remember them for later).
